You pay for storage, not for phones. The hub, its MCP server and the agent skill are free with any workspace.

What counts as storage
Every uploaded report, screenshot and video. Uploads are compressed on the Mac first. Deleting runs frees the storage they used.
When storage is full
- On Free, uploads stop at 2 GB until you delete runs or upgrade.
- On Pro, storage above the 20 GB included is billed in 2 GB blocks, on the most the workspace held during the month. Uploads stop at 100 GB; email support@proofsheet.dev to go past it.
Upgrade to Pro
Only the workspace's owner, the person who created it, sees Billing in the sidebar. Choose Upgrade to Pro there and pay through Polar, which takes the payment and sends the invoices. Billing shows Pro once Polar confirms the payment.
Manage or cancel
On Billing, Manage billing opens Polar's customer page, where you change the card, download invoices or cancel. After you cancel, Pro lasts until the end of the period you paid for, and Billing shows the date it ends. Then the Free limits apply.
